On August 2, 2014, the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Railway Transport Infrastructure" (TR TS 003/2011) entered the sieve, which determines the mandatory confirmation of the conformity of the produced trellis products in the form of receiving a declaration.

In accordance with TR TS 003/2011 (Appendix 4), trellis products (wooden impregnated sleepers, wooden impregnated bars for switchgears, paved wooden impregnated bars) produced by Borisov Treating Plant OJSC were included in the Unified List of Products subject to mandatory confirmation of conformity in the form of receipt of a declaration of compliance within the framework of the Customs Union.

According to the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of 14.06.2016 N 75 "On Amending the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union of July 15, 2011 N 710," the transitional period for TR TS 003/2011 "On the safety of railway transport infrastructure" until August 02, 2017.
