Electronic conversion, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as citizens), and legal entities of Borisov Treating Plant OJSC are considered in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 "About converstion of Citizens and Legal Entities" (hereinafter referred to as the Law).
In accordance with the Act of 18 July 2011 "About conversition by citizens and legal entities," the electronic communication is presented in Belarusian or Russian.
Electronic conversition must contain:
surname, own name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen;
address of the residence (place of stay) of the citizen;
presentation of the substance of the appeal;
citizen's e-mail address;
Name and (or) address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent.
The electronic conversition of a legal entity must contain:
full name of the legal entity to which the conversition is sent;
location of the legal entity;
presentation of the substance of the conversition;
surname, own name, patronymic (if any) of the person authorized to sign appeals in accordance with the established procedure;
e-mail address of the legal entity.
Electronic communications should be considered no later than 15 days from the date of registration, and those requiring additional examination and verification should be considered no later than 1 month.
Responses to electronic conversion shall be sent electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the electronic appeal or in writing to the address of the residence (place of residence) of a citizen or the place of residence of a legal entity in cases where:
The applicant requests in his e-mail a written response or at the same time a written response and a response to his e-mail address;
E-mail contains an e-mail address for which a response (notification) could not be delivered for technical reasons.
Electronic appeals shall be left without consideration on the merits in accordance with the procedure established by Article 15 of this Law.
